Mr. Gopal Jhaveri, Mr. Mahesh Thawani and Mr Avadhani visited New Delhi and met with Government officials in the Central Government  and also Mr. Harshvardhan Goel who is the incumbent minister at Ministry of Science & Technology (India), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Earth Sciences in the BJP-led NDA government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

The River March team apprised the Minister of the various issues of pollution of rivers prevalent in Mumbai. The Minister appreciated the work of River March and issued a letter from the Minister to the concerned Minister of Environment of Maharashtra to take remedial steps and actions to prevent the pollution of rivers.
