In January 2017 a meeting was held with the local Member of Legislative Assembly, Ms. Manisha Chaudhury by RiverMarch team and PSA BES group.  The MLA presented the proposal that she has received from the Company Terracon on rejuvenation of Dahisar River.

Series of meetings were held with the local Corporators from Borivali , Kandivli, Dahisar,Malad, Goregaon East and West and urged them to take steps for prevention of pollution of Dahisar, Poisar and Oshiwara rivers
